Q: How do I book?
A: Dates are secured with a bridal contract and $350 retainer fee which must be submitted 48 hours of booking. Your retainer is then deducted off your wedding day balance.
Q: Do you use Airbrush makeup?
A: While we don’t use airbrushing, we specialize in high-performance traditional techniques that are long lasting, camera ready, and customize-able to every skin type.
Q: Will there be a timeline?
A: For efficiency, we create time blocks. A minimum of 5 hours is ideal and includes any buffer time needed to assure all services are completed in a timely manner.
Q: Is gratuity included?
A: Gratuity is not included in our pricing or balance, However it's always appreciated! Our team works diligently and efficiently the day of to insure for a smooth and enjoyable morning. On average our brides tip 20% of their balance.
Q: How many people will be coming from the team? And are they the same artist/stylist at the Bridal Trial?
A: There will be two team members; your Makeup Artist and Hairstylist will be present on the wedding day. They will be the same artists from your bridal trial to ensure consistency. For bridal parties of 6 or more, an assistant can be added for an additional $200 fee.
Q: How far out should I book my bridal trial?
A: We recommend booking a minimum of 2- 3 months prior to your wedding. Keep in mind trials are not the final look and can be tweaked or changed completely if you desire. Trial fees till be due at your trial.
Q: Are there any travel fees?
A: Travel within the Richmond Area is complimentary; however anything beyond a 30 mile radius, a flat fee will be applied depending on the location from our studio base.
Q: Are there any hidden fees we should know about?
A: There are no hidden fees all pricing will be outlined clearly in your proposal or contract, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Q: Do you offer bridal trials before bookings?
A: Bridal Trials are dedicated to our contracted brides only. Trials take a lot of planning around our team's schedules as well as the bride. We want to make our brides get our undivided attention for their trial.
